1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Founders Hub, operated by Smarthubs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The Service
Founders Hub provides a workspace for founders to manage goals, tasks, CRM, marketing, finance, product development, documents, team collaboration, and a marketplace to connect with other businesses.
3. Accounts and Organizations
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each organization has one owner, who is responsible for billing and can invite team members subject to the seat limits of the organization's plan.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Founders Hub is currently free to use, with every feature available on every account — no subscription is required. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, we'll update these terms and give notice before any charges apply. If you hold an active paid subscription from before this change, it is billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from your Profile settings, taking effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, with no partial refund for the current period.
5. Marketplace Listings
Businesses may submit a listing to the Marketplace, which is reviewed before publication. We are not a party to any agreement between businesses that connect through the Marketplace, and we do not guarantee the quality or outcome of any engagement made through it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access other organizations' data, disrupting the service, or submitting false or misleading marketplace listings.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your organization's data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer
Founders Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or accounting advice.
